The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
To use the Services you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account. The operation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, xis6s reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit all balances and bonus funds, and void any outstanding bets.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password or allow any third party to access your Account. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via the Help Centre or Live Chat. xis6s will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

The payment methods available for deposits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. Available methods may vary and are subject to change. Payment references mentioned on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are for user context only. These providers do not endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions on behalf of xis6s.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier and may vary by payment method. You may set additional voluntary deposit limits on your Account at any time via the Responsible Gambling settings. Increased deposit limits may require a cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases to deposit limits take effect immediately.
Your Account balance is displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will be applied at the rate determined by the Platform at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate risk is borne by the User.
xis6s is not responsible for deposits that are declined, delayed or reversed by the payment provider. Any fees charged by the payment provider are the User's responsibility. If you experience a deposit that has been debited from your payment account but not credited to your xis6s Account, contact support via Live Chat with relevant transaction evidence.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification, the absence of active bonus wagering requirements, and the Account being in good standing with no open disputes or compliance holds. You may only withdraw to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit to your Account, or as otherwise approved following a KYC review.
xis6s does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing is subject to the Platform's internal review procedures, the payment provider's own processing timelines, and any compliance checks required. No timeframe assurances should be inferred from any marketing material or illustrative examples.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier. Requests below the minimum amount will not be processed. Where a withdrawal request exceeds applicable limits it may be processed in instalments at the Platform's discretion.
xis6s reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of potential fraud or collusion, review of betting patterns inconsistent with recreational use, or compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. The User will be notified of any such hold where legally permissible.
The account holder name on your designated payout method must match the name registered on your xis6s Account. Withdrawals to accounts in a different name will not be processed. It is the User's responsibility to ensure this match is correct before submitting a withdrawal request.
All bonuses, free spins and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating to that promotion only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, game contribution rates and time window are specified in each promotion's terms. For illustrative purposes: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement would require PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is reached. All figures in promotions are illustrative unless confirmed by the operator at the time of the offer.
While bonus funds are active in your Account, a maximum stake per bet or spin applies as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of the maximum permitted stake during active bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided. This restriction applies regardless of whether the bet is placed from bonus funds or real-money balance when both are present.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Games with a 0% contribution rate do not count towards wagering regardless of the stakes placed.
Bonus funds that have not been wagered, and any associated winnings, will be removed from your Account upon expiry of the bonus period as specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
xis6s reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reverse any bonus or associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or systematic low-risk staking patterns inconsistent with recreational betting.
Where a bonus is designated as "non-sticky" (cashable), the bonus amount may itself be withdrawn upon completion of the wagering requirement. Where a bonus is "sticky" (non-cashable), only the net winnings above the bonus amount may be withdrawn. The nature of each bonus is specified in its promotion terms.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. A bet is not valid until it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, the Platform's records of accepted bets shall be the authoritative record.
Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet has been confirmed at specific odds, those odds are locked for that bet regardless of subsequent market movements.
xis6s reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: the bet was placed on an event or market that should not have been made available; an obvious pricing error existed at the time of placement; the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or declared void by the governing body; or evidence of match manipulation or corruption is established.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to additional latency and may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed after an event outcome has occurred but before the market has been suspended may be voided at the Platform's discretion.
Cricket markets covering Pakistan Super League (PSL), ICC tournaments, bilateral series and domestic competitions are subject to the same general betting rules as all other markets. xis6s makes no warranty regarding the continuous availability of any specific market. PSL, ICC and other league and tournament names are used for descriptive purposes only and do not imply partnership or endorsement.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, xis6s reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate the Account, void any outstanding or settled bets, forfeit any Account balance including withdrawable winnings, and take such further steps as are appropriate including reporting to relevant authorities.
All content on the xis6s Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, imagery, layout, code and game content — is the property of xis6s or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from xis6s.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xis6s, its directors, officers, employees and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other financial or non-financial losses.
xis6s does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors or secure from unauthorised access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting us via the Help Centre or Live Chat. Before closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
xis6s reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; regulatory or compliance requirements; non-cooperation with KYC requests; and repeated or material violation of the Platform's rules.
Where an Account is closed for breach of these Terms, xis6s reserves the right to forfeit all Account balances. Where closure is not attributable to User misconduct, any available real-money balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
The following provisions shall survive termination of your Account: Clause 11 (Prohibited Conduct), Clause 12 (Intellectual Property), Clause 13 (Limitation of Liability) and Clause 16 (Governing Law).
xis6s reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights under the law of your place of residence where those rights cannot be excluded by contract.
In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services, you agree to contact xis6s support in the first instance to attempt resolution informally. Where informal resolution is not achieved within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to the applicable dispute resolution process available under the operator's licence terms.
